La DIL se charge de la promotion des infrastructures sportives et administratives du Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports à Madagascar .Elle pilote le projet « Infrastructures sportives pour tous » au niveau des villages .Elle assure la gestion du patrimoine et de la logistique du Ministère.
